"Brice and Pam are great to work with! I had them list my first home that I outgrew. They guided me towards exactly what will make the home more attractive on the market. The marketing and photos on the home were excellent and it gained a lot of traction right off the bat. The home sold quick and for a great price, but most importantly they made it an stress-free experience for me! I would happily and confidently recommend them to anyone, on both the buying and selling end."

"Brice and his team were great to work with when selling our home. He met with us to discuss the pros and cons of moving and selling, the current financial market, and was up front and honest the entire time. Prior to selling, he and his assistant Pam, provided us with a detailed list of what we could/should do to get our our home ready to list, photograph and sell, which was very helpful to someone who had never sold a home before and had lived there a long time. He and Pam were very communicative about how the listing process would work and how showings would happen. Brice and Pam did such a great job we had an offer on our first day and we were able to negotiate with the seller and their agent with ease. While under contract, Brice and Pam sent detailed lists of what we should do as we transition from our current home to the next one, what closing costs would be, and clarify what should be done cleaning wise to ensure a worry free closing. Overall, I would highly recommend Brice and his team. They were available, communicative, helpful, positive, and very thoughtful people who wanted to help us."

"Brice and Pam will forever set the benchmark for realtor customer service in my book. I am military and an experienced home buyer/seller. I sold this home remotely from across the country. Brice's team were proactive problem solvers throughout the process and treated my home and my money like it was their own, often checking on the place and helping coordinate issues with the property manager and the tenants throughout the selling process. They were extraordinary communicators, texting and emailing every time there was an update to the process or timeline. I always felt aware of what was going on and what decisions I needed to make to keep the process of selling on track. They are the best at what they do. That kind of customer service and support is rare. The joyful attitude and kind personalities were just the bonus. Seriously, reduce your risk and your stress...call Brice before you call anybody else."

He and his staff work hard for their clients He has performed tasks, in managing my farmhouse, that were beyond what any agreement would have called for.Hhas yused vendors that know our property and the process used is effective in finding long term renters. It is helpful, too, that the rent is raised appropriately each year."

He walked us through the whole experience from what we needed to take care of to list the property, to what information we needed to consider to pick the best offer.
